First come first serve! I have the right to refuse a commission that is too hard or other circumstances. Payment first with no refunds. Commercial use must agree to only reprint and not sell the artwork. Reselling will be discussed with the artist if it comes to that. Currency exchange is covered with the client. Artworks will be done depending on your slot.

Please always communicate with the artist and reply if there's any revisions needed. Free 1 revisions but if it exceeds to more than 1. You will be charged +10% each revisions

Shipment Services

Local and International Shipment will be covered by the client . You cannot refund a shipment once it's processed. We update the client and send them proofs for the package being safely sealed before shipment. After shipment we'll immediately send an email for the tracking number of the package.

We do not take responsibility for any damages to the artwork during shipment. Nor allow any refund
